Refund and Returns Policy

Veilbaes believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the team has checked and determined the same at their own end. This should be reported within same day of receiving the products.
- Returns/exchange/refunds are claimed only if the product is damaged from our side upon receiving.
- To claim, the customer must send us an uncut opening video of their order and email us or contact through dm on instagram within a day of receiving their order.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the Veilbaes, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
